These two old-style cottages, are situated close to the water's edge on Chamcook Lake, one of southern New Brunswick's largest and most pristine lakes. The lake is the water source for nearby historic St. Andrews. While both of the cottages will need upgrades, with the smaller of the two needing significantly more renovations, having the cottages so close to the lake shore is a desired asset that is fast becoming a rarity on this protected lake. The larger cottage is suitable for and has been used as a year-round residence - it is heated electrically with a cozy wood stove in the living room. Both have decks over-looking the water and the tiny island mid-lake.
