Egar McCallum built this house in Old Lakeview in 1912. Regina architect Frederick Chapman Clemesha designed it in the Tudor revival style. It features extensive stonework, half timbering,an impressive tow-storey oriel window with leaded glass, and an elongated portico off the south side. It was built at a cost of $30.000, making it one of the most expensive private residences constructed in Regina during the boom years prior to World War 1.
