This Pacific Shores Resort & Spa one tenth ownership (five weeks annually) includes two fixed weeks and three variable weeks each year in waterfront Unit 521. Fixed weeks are Weeks 25 & 26 in late June and early July and often include the July 1st holiday weekend. To facilitate vacation planning, the owners have converted their weeks to the points system and receive a total of 285,400 points each year. You can, however, opt to reserve any or all of your weeks in advance and vacation at Pacific Shores in your own two bedroom, two bath waterfront unit if desired. Unit 521 has the A/B lock-off possibility and opens onto private balconies overlooking resort grounds and ocean and mountain views. If assigned weeks are not reserved for use at your home resort, the 285,400 points are banked with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) for you to book shorter or longer vacations as desired each year.
