A water well pump test was performed on well in December 2010. Report is available to view but because it is a carbon copy it is too light to copy. Furnace is forced air propane and the propane tank is rented from Superior Propane with current owner's annual fuel cost being approximtely $1,200. Current owner and previous owner have a verbal agreement in place whereby the land is farmed by past owner with grain storage on proerty in exchange for snow removal. New owner may be able to continue this agreement if they choose. Current owner rents outs quonset for boat & RV storage. Tenants would be willing to continue this arrangement should new owner choose. Should new owner decide they would like to have gas, the natural gas line runs right through the yard just on the south edge of property. SaskEnergy would have to be contacted for current costs. Current owner claims new septic system was installed in approximately 2004/05. He doesn't know the size of the tank but there is a field pump-out system in place. Children would be bussed to school for k-12 into Vibank.
