Great little starter cottage on an excellent lake. The west facing level shoreline is wonderful for sunsets and sun all day long. The cottage presently has one bedroom but has a large open room which can be modified to make additional rooms. There is also a log bunkie in need of TLC and good sized storage shed. The well treed lot has lots of privacy.
